In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.  This position is part time.



  • Manage all job costing and transaction matching
  • Effectively communicate weekly financial updates to managers
  • Organize purchase orders
  • Coordinate draw requests
  • Verify purchase order accuracy



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (candidates without will be considered based on experience)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a controller, bookkeeping, or accounting role.

We are looking for a candidate to join our team who is outgoing, hardworking, passionate about what they do, a self-starter, has a strong creative side with an ability to think outside of the box, and is an excellent problem solver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and client satisfaction efforts. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills. 



  • Manage all project documentation
  • Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
  • Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders
  • Obtain building permits required for construction projects
  • Manage subcontractor schedules on new construction and remodeling projects
  • Provide client updates and communication regarding project status
  • Maintain project cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure quality control standards are met on each project
  • Attend and conduct client walk throughs, subcontractor walk throughs, and weekly progress meetings



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (candidates without will be considered based on experience)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in residential construction

The ideal candidate will be a licensed architect or a graduate from an architecture program who has completed their AXP and is in the process of taking the ARE’s. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution, and have experience in residential design. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. 



  • Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
  • Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
  • Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
  • Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets



  • Candidate must be a licensed architect, or must have graduated from an accredited graduate program with a degree in architecture and have completed all IDP hours
  • Experience in residential design
  • Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp
  • Proficent in Adobe Creative Suite
