+ Our main goal with this home was to refresh, brighten and update existing features (and build a few new ones). 

+ A lot of the work was cosmetic, so we started by installing new flooring throughout the whole house, painted the walls, and then stained all the existing cherrywood.

+ We installed new backsplash, countertops, kitchen plumbing, appliances, and a new kitchen hood. 

+ To maximize our budget, we enamled the existing perimeter of cabinets and built out a wall of entirely new cabinets.
