+ The original attached bathroom had several small rooms within one space, making it feel small and cramped. To open it up, we reconfigured the layout and removed one shower (there were two previously). This allowed for more vanity space and additional storage space, all while keeping a large, luxurious steam shower.

+ We had to fill in the existing pool, ensuring it could withstand the weight of multiple vehicles while including hidden drains that tied into the existing pool deck. There was mold throughout that had to be mitigated, and all new mechanicals had to run.
