Once you sign a design contract with us, we kick off the construction process by having you join our team for a meeting to discuss your vision for your new home. We will go over design ideas, functional needs, desired location, budget, and most importantly, get to know you and your family!

After the initial consultation, our designers will work with you to strategize a set of plans for your home. Once your plan has been finalized, we will send your plan out for pricing to make sure we stay within your budget.
At this point, we’ll have you sign your purchase agreement for your new home, and then the fun really starts! We’ll take you into selections and start picking out the finishes for your new home. Meanwhile, our team will get to work obtaining the necessary permits, coordinating subcontractors, and begin the process of building your dream home.

We will keep you up to date with online access to progress photos and establish direct contact with our operations coordinator for any questions that may come up along the way.

Once we are nearing the completion of your project, we will schedule a final walk-through, and before you know it, you will have the keys to your dream home.
