Another day…another white kitchen reveal! Even though it may seem like the trend nowadays, you can mix in so many fun materials and accessories to make the space your own, which is always our top priority when working on client homes! You will be shocked to see the amount of storage we were able to create within this small kitchen space!
Before renovating the #prospectparkmodel kitchen, it felt cramped and dated…we’re talking discolored floors, dark blue walls, and a dragonfly themed chandelier. In order to make this space warm and inviting, we needed to start from scratch.
During demolition, we knocked out all of the existing cabinets and took the wainscoting off of the walls. The original floors were worn, so we replaced them with a gorgeous site finished red oak. We chose light granite countertops and a Kohler under-mount stainless steel sink – one of my go-to choices for kitchen sinks!
I love the corner of the kitchen in the image below because it mixes in so many of my favorite design elements, from the subway tile to the reclaimed wood shelves…I just can’t get enough! Above the oven, we used a Whirlpool Hood, and for the other appliances we used Kitchen Aid.
The final results of this kitchen were breathtaking, to say the least. There are so many different materials and design elements used in this small space and I’m just in love with how it turned out.
