The Artisan Home Tour is (finally!) right around the corner, and we are so excited to show off the Lake Loft! We want to give you an update on the house, some sneak peeks of our favorite spaces, and all the information on how to participate in the Artisan Tour in just a couple weeks!

#TheLakeLoft is wrapping up and we are putting the final touches on everything! It’s so exciting seeing our vision come to life, and getting all the furniture and decor in place. We’ve kept it mostly under wraps, but we’ve shared a few sneak peeks over on Instagram. Ready for a little glimpse?

Exterior

The paint, exterior details and landscaping are done, and it’s exactly what we were envisioning. We wanted a home that welcomed you in right away, and we think you’ll agree that it does! (Check out all the details on our garage door here!)

Bathrooms

This is one of the best spaces in the whole house, don’t you think?! The soaking tub, fireplace (two-sided so it faces into the master bedroom, as well!) and warm brick are the perfect recipe for relaxation – to to mention the luxurious shower!

Details

So much of the Lake Loft design was centered around the landscape. We wanted to highlight the lake view and position windows and mirrors specifically where you can get the best views. If you join us for the tour, you’ll notice the landscape highlighted as much as possible.

We worked hard to use varied colors and textures throughout the Lake Loft to really bring each room to life. The mudroom and laundry room are such a gorgeous mix of colors and textures mixed with timeless neutrals and subway tile – and we even included a super fun (and beautiful!) dog wash in the laundry room! We debated back and forth on the herringbone tile, but in the end it works so well in this space, and we couldn’t be happier with it.

These spaces are only the tip of the iceberg! We’re so excited to be able to share our home with you all. The Artisan Tour starts on October 9th and ends October 25th, and runs Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays from 11-5.  Head here to purchase your ticket, and if you aren’t local to MN, we will have a virtual tour you can view as well.
