+ To create the open-space feel they wanted, we removed the existing wall separating the dining area from the kitchen. We also added a built-in dining nook to make the best use of the kitchen space.
+ In the primary bath, we completely removed the tub and opted for an oversize walk-in shower. In order to get extra counter space and storage, we added an additional vanity.
+ The owners wanted something modern but fun in the guest bathroom. We achieved this by pairing a patterned, foil wallpaper with a neutral colored vanity with brass accents.
