+ As a city home, we didn’t have the option to extend horizontally, so we blew the roof off (literally) and brought the home upward. This decision completely opened up the second level of their home and made their home feel much more spacious. 

+ Our clients love to entertain, so creating a warm and inviting kitchen and bar space for them to enjoy was a must. To eliminate the sanctioned off spaces in their original footprint, we kept the countertop space against the walls to allow for open-concept living.
