Eleven acres of lush green forestry sets the stage for an exciting new build – the #pinegroveproject.

We’re heading north to Duluth, MN, all summer long to create our client’s forever home (what an honor)! We love that their land is still within the city limits and has easy access to the supermarket, but it also has the privacy and space our clients are craving!

We should probably mention that our client is no other than a podcaster, author, educator, and the most inspiring human – Jenna Kutcher. The lovely Kutcher family and I (Kirsten) go WAY back, so this project holds such a special place in our hearts. We’re delighted to go on this home-building journey alongside their family and create spaces for them to create amazing new memories!

THE #PINEGROVEPROJECT LAND

Because we’re building a “forever home” and a place our clients intend to stay for the foreseeable future, it’s important to them that the overall design is timeless. After further design exploration, we landed on “Collected Classic” as the overarching theme of this new build. This design style takes a modern approach to the classic or traditional features of a home to create livable elegance! 

This build is roughly 4,825 SF and will include four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a mother-in-law suite, a home gym, an office, and more!
