Because of this, your bedroom should be beautiful, functional, and, most importantly, personal! The nightstand is the perfect place to style your accessories and add that personal touch! Today, we’re sharing some of our favorite accessories for styling your nightstand!
LAYER 1: LAMPS
Lighting is probably the most important component of your nightstand. While lamps provide light, they also are a great object for height when layering your accessories.
LAYER 2: PLANTS
If you’ve followed us for a while, you know this one is a given! Fresh blooms are the perfect way to liven your bedroom. Plus, there’s no better way to wake up or go to bed than a fresh set of blooms by your side!
LAYER 3: PICTURES
Your bedroom should be all about you, so don’t skimp on those personal touches! Add a picture frame or sign with a quote that you love.
LAYER FOUR: BOOKS, CLOCKS, AND OTHER SMALLER OBJECTS
Add 1-2 books to your nightstand for layers and dimension — choose books that inspire you and include the topics you’re passionate about. To vary the height of your accessories, you will need to add some smaller objects, whether it be table clocks, candles, succulents or other small plants/objects. These can be layered on top of books or placed in front of your larger objects.
