We’re so excited to reveal the completed #LakeRileyRebuild project with all of you! This lakeside home saw a massive transformation, so much so, you’ll find it hard to believe it’s even the same house. We had the pleasure of completing gutting this home (right down to its bones) and rebuilding it back up for a lovely and very deserving family. We wanted to bring the same serene and airy feel of sitting by the lake into the heart of this home! Our clients will experience the beauty of living on a lake both outside and in. Goodbye, dated baby blue exterior, and hello coastal farmhouse feel! Noticeably, we added a second level addition onto this home to offer an enormous amount of new space that this family desperately needed. We refreshed their exterior entirely and are swooning over this gorgeous navy blue color that continues inside as well. By installing windows in almost every direction, our clients can bask in the beauty of lakeside living 24/7.

We reconfigured their dated and dark kitchen and gave it a brand new look. The new open floor plan allows for conversations to flow throughout the kitchen space, into the dining and living, and even onto the deck. How gorgeous is the pop of navy blue color and craftsman detail on the island?

The great room might be one of our favorite rooms in this rebuild! We brought so much natural light into their space by installing wall-to-wall windows throughout the room. The stonework fireplace acts as a warm and inviting focal point for the family to entertain guests and enjoy quality time with their family. As lake homeowners, we wanted to give our clients every opportunity to enjoy the view.
