It’s happening… a new project reveal! This one is long overdue and we are so excited to share it with you finally! We have posted lots about this project on our instagram page and in other blog posts, but here we are thrilled share more exclusive details of the design! Creating this home was an extra special project for us, specifically Kirsten, because she and the client have been longgggtime friends. So, without further ado let’s take a trip to Duluth, Minnesota, and dive into the dreamy #PineGroveProject!
Great Room
The lovely great room is definitely the show-stopper for this home- and that’s no small feat because this whole house has us drooling. Even with the gorgeous two story fireplace and bright double height windows, this space still feels warm and cozy because of the natural wood and stone materials.
Kitchen
The stunning cabinet color of #PineGroveProject’s kitchen is no doubt to die for. It’s the perfect neutral shade that stands out from white, but still creates a timeless and welcoming kitchen. The charming brass hardware adds an extra layer of warmth, complementing the light-stained island and floors beautifully. Plus, I think those island pendants were MADE for this beautiful kitchen! Dining Room
With floor-to-ceiling windows embracing all three walls of this dining room bump-out, what’s not to love? It’s hard not to fall in love with the abundance of natural light flooding the space, especially with the windows framing the vibrant tree just beyond. And let’s talk about the mix of the subtle and bold tones creating a refreshing and balanced atmosphere for meals and memories!
Primary Suite
The primary bedroom at #PineGroveProject is the epitome of tranquility. The vaulted ceiling and white beams help create an airy and inviting feel to the room. But it’s not just the architectural details that captivate; the soft textures make us want to sink into the plush bed, lost in the pages of a beloved book. It truly is a sanctuary designed to enjoy moments of relaxation and comfort.
Ummm… can we take a moment for their irresistibly charming primary bathroom vanity?! The reeded door and drawer fronts are such a playful twist on a classic stained vanity, but still maintain the timeless aesthetic of their home. The brass accents sprinkled throughout elegantly harmonize with the custom stain that dances in contrast with the light and bright countertop and walls.
The bathtub and shower area? Jaw-dropping. Peeking behind glass doors, the shower boasts minimalist yet captivating tiles, each subtly differing in shade. And just next to it, an inviting bathtub to indulge in a bubble bath while drinking in the breathtaking views out the window. Both aesthetically pleasing and functional, this is the ultimate retreat!
Jack & Jill Bath
This bathroom feels like it is straight out of a fairytale! At #PineGroveProject, the jack and jill bathroom between the kiddos bedrooms has separate sinks, ensuring each child has their own little haven while sharing the shower and toilet area. It’s a layout that strikes the perfect balance between privacy and practicality, maximizing space without sacrificing comfort. And let’s talk about that wallpaper – it’s simply gorgeous! With its enchanting design, it’s impossible not to feel joy every time you step foot inside. Who wouldn’t be thrilled to start and end their day in such a charming space?
