We have posted lots about this project on our instagram page and in other blog posts, but we are thrilled share more exclusive details of the design! You will find a handful of products we used throughout the home, as well as a link to sign up for our email list where you can enjoy access to the paint colors! And if you’re looking to build your own dream home, click here to make it happen!

Before you keep scrolling, we want to share a quick PSA: To respect our clients’ time, money, and effort in creating their custom home, we won’t be disclosing every detail. For those interested in specific sources, such as the kitchen paint color, please sign up for our email list below. Otherwise, we’ve included a curated selection of sources for you to explore. Thanks for your understanding!

#PineGroveProject By Alma Homes

Creating this home was especially meaningful for us, particularly for Kirsten, due to her long-standing friendship with the client, Jenna Kutcher. The project aimed to design a forever home for Jenna, her husband, and their two daughters—a spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom residence with a dedicated office wing and a full home gym. Jenna and her family were clear from the start: they wanted a home that was not just large for the sake of it, but thoughtfully designed so that every space had a purpose. To this day, it’s we love to hear that they truly use every inch of the house, affirming that we achieved our goal! So, without further ado let’s take a trip to Duluth, Minnesota, and dive into the dreamy #PineGroveProject!

Check out some selection boards we put together during our selection meetings with our clients versus how it all came together!
