Our Process
Initial Consultation & Project Scope Discussion
We begin with a quick video call to discuss your project’s budget, scope, and design needs. This allows us to understand your space and expectations. If we’re a good fit, you’ll fill out a furniture questionnaire, which helps us create a project proposal with a rough pricing estimate. Once you approve and sign the proposal, we officially begin working together! From there, we’ll schedule our design meetings.
Client Meetings
First Meeting: Mood Boards & Furniture Selection
In our first meeting together, we present curated mood boards with furniture options for each room, ensuring everything aligns with your style and budget. If you’d like to explore additional options, we’ll refine the selections and present them at the next meeting.
Second Meeting: Final Selections & Accessories
In the second furniture meeting, we review any remaining decisions from the first meeting and introduce the finishing touches—accessories that bring warmth and personality to your space. By the end of this session, we aim to finalize all design choices. If needed, we can discuss scheduling a third and final meeting to ensure every detail is perfect.
Each meeting is about 2-3 hours and is typically held weekly or biweekly, depending on the project scope.
Ordering & Installation
Once all selections are approved, we take care of everything behind the scenes—ordering, tracking, and managing deliveries. We also offer full installation services, ensuring every piece is perfectly placed and styled. With our team handling the setup, your home will look just as stunning in person as it does in the design plan!
