We shared some of our favorite light fixtures for living and dining rooms a couple weeks ago, and we’re back to share some more lighting inspiration today – for your kitchen and bathrooms!

Kitchen Fixtures

The kitchen at the Maxwell Bay Build has all the things we love: rich wood tones, texture from the backsplash, and the perfect pops of brass to accent it all. These island pendants are a great finishing touch!

For a similar metallic tone, the lights at #thetonkahouse are equally eye-catching and just the right amount of soft gold.

For a more modern look, we chose light fixtures for the Minnetonka Modern that had clean lines and definitely catch your eye. Lights play such a huge role in carrying your design style through your home!

Bathroom Fixtures

Bathrooms are a good place to play around with style and design elements, and there’s no shortage of great options. The owners’ suite bathroom at The Lake Loft has a chandelier for a bit of extra glam, and the wall sconces fit perfectly with the classic style of the rest of the house.

We used both single and double sconces at the Maxwell Bay Build to accentuate these double mirrors and the double vanity.
