Welcome to the first (and may I say cutest) kids room in the #raspberryhillhouse! We transformed this bedroom into a fun, adventurous space that any little boy would love! Just wait until you see what’s on the other side of the bunk beds…

This room started out like the rest of the house, with outdated wooden trim, creaky doors, and lackluster style.  The wood floors were actually in great condition, so we were able to use them, and everything else got a fresh coat of paint.  But the magic really happened with what was built into this room:

BUNK BEDS! And the best parts?! Well, there’s two best parts.  First, the climbing wall (which turned out absolutely adorable — and I love the fact that these little munchkins can literally climb into bed), and second, the reading lights.  We had the electricians run wire up to each bunk bed so we could install a sconce with its own switch, and it’s just the cutest thing ever.
