We’re back at the #countrysidecustom master suite, and this time we are showing you the amazingly gorgeous, every-women’s-DREAM (sorry men) walk-in closet! We absolutely adore this room for more reasons than one! I think you can maybe guess one of those reasons…

Yup, you guessed right. The BLUE CEILING! We freaked out a little when our client said she loved aqua as much as we do, and even more when she agreed to paint the ceiling this color. Many times people forget about the fifth wall in their rooms. Ceilings are supposed to be white, right? Wrong! Ceilings are the perfect opportunity to add a punch of color and personality to your space, especially for closets or bathrooms. To make the ceiling even more gorgeous, the blue was contrasted with a crystal chandelier. As you can see below, it makes the whole room shimmer and shine!

Another convenient feature of this room is the built-in washer and dryer station. I don’t know about you but anything to make the clothes washing process a little bit quicker and easier is music to my ears! I love the contrast between the white cabinetry and black countertops — it brings amazing depth to the room.

If there’s one thing this closet doesn’t lack it’s storage, storage and more STORAGE! Every way you look, there’s a built-in storage unit with shelving space, clothes hanging rods and storage drawers. I personally have a soft spot in my heart for new shoes so shoe racks in this closets are everything! I don’t think our clients will have any issues when it comes to storage space!

Men, believe it or not, there’s perks for you in this closet! The pegs in the image below, those are tie hanging rods. I love this idea because it makes for convenient, easy-to-grab storage. It’s small features like this that make a huge difference in your space.

We added the center island for additional storage — it’s the perfect place for pants, jewelry, sunglasses, and hats.

Was I exaggerating when I said this space is the ultimate dream closet? Between the aqua ceiling, convenient laundry station and ample storage space this room isn’t lacking any essentials.
